Somewhere Posters

 

As we got to choose a scene from our favorite movie, the "Labyrinth" came to mind. I knew the main character Sarah, wore a very puffy, white, bejeweled dress and thought about using the dress you can see my character wearing above. Essentially, I knew I wanted to choose a scene that pictured Sarah and Jareth, the Goblin King. With the added hair, dark moody makeup, and the cottage core style of the dress, I wanted to truly delve into the aesthetic of this fantasy-like dreamscape. 

In poster #1, my character is running through the labyrinth maze in hopes of finding the castle. In poster #2, my character, representing Sarah, is standing opposite to Jareth as she chases him in the confusion of the staircase maze.
